How do I delete my Airport BillionAir account?
Your player account and data is crucial to play the game as it saves your progress, any items you've purchased and collected like Resource Packs and your purchase history. If you no longer wish to play and would like your data to be deleted, you can request deletion of your data and game account to completely and permanently remove all of your game data. Deletion requests can be initiated through several ways, such as from within the game, sending us an email or by mail. The fastest way to get help is to reach out to us inside the game.
Be mindful that all verified deletion requests may take several weeks to process and are irreversible once completed.
Note: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you decide to delete your account, remember that you will lose all your progress, and any items you've purchased or received for free. If you decide to return later, you will need to start over from level one.
How to request deletion from the game:
To delete your data from within the game follow these steps:
Go to the game settings from the Airport Map or Control Room. The game settings button looks like three horizontal lines like this ‘☰’.
Look for the ‘Support’ button and tap on it.
Tap on the ‘Delete Account’ button and then select ‘Contact Support’ to request your data to be deleted.
In the message, include your Player ID in the support message and submit the request (How to find your player ID)
Reminder: Once you confirm account deletion, this action cannot be undone.
How to contact us and request deletion by email:
If you are unable to start the deletion process from the app, please contact us by emailing us at support@rogueharbour.com
Be sure to provide the correct player ID (How to find your player ID) and ensure you have access to your email so you can respond to us and confirm your deletion request. We are unable to process requests without verifying your confirmation.
Reminder: Once you confirm account deletion, this action cannot be undone.
After your information is deleted:
You will no longer be able to play the game using the same account and you will lose your account's progress and other related information.
You will not be refunded for unused items you may have purchased.
We may be unable to provide you with additional information as your contact information will no longer be available.
If you decide to play our game again, you will begin from a new account from level one.
We may, where required, keep some data from your account:
to meet legal or regulatory requirements (like paying taxes or enforcing our terms)
to maintain the security and integrity of our systems
to ensure the rights and freedoms of others (including Rogue Harbour Game Studio Inc)
None of the data we keep can be used to restore your account, your games, or your progress.
